For years, people have been asking me to create a certification program for the process of emotional connection. I’ve finally come up with a great way to do so, and am proud to share it with you now.

Whether you’d like to add emotional connection to your existing client toolkit, or to share it as a stand-alone offering, this training program fits the bill. It’s long-distance, high touch, and very affordable.

Program Details

Who: For practicing therapists, coaches, and healing arts professionals. Select non-professionals with a commitment to personal growth and spiritual service will also be considered.

Led by: Raphael Cushnir. I will personally train each certification candidate one-on-one.

When: Start any time and complete the process within 1-6 months.

The Steps:

1) Submit one-page application form available by email (10 minutes)

2) Complete phone orientation and registration (30 minutes)

3) Read The One Thing Holding You Back (6 hours)

4) Listen to recorded training call on facilitation fundamentals

(2 hours)

5) Select three individuals to work with in training process for three sessions each (tbd)

6) Conduct first client sessions (3 hours)

7) Develop facilitation plans with Raphael by phone (1 hour)

8) Conduct second client sessions (3 hours)

9) Exchange post-session emails with Raphael (1 hour)

10) Conduct third client sessions by phone, with recording enabled. (3 hours)

11) Raphael listens to session recording in preparation for final consult

12) Complete final consult with Raphael (1 hour)

Approximate total time required:  23 hours

(Note: For those who've already read the book and listened to the audio, the approximate time required is 15 hours)

Upon successful completion you receive:

1) A frame-able certificate

2) Placement on the upcoming facilitator directory at Cushnir.com

3) Free participation in subsequent EC facilitator support calls and groups

4) Extra recognition for completing a weekend, weeklong, or yearlong program with Raphael
